General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the BoatSafeGuard online shop
Scope of application
These GTC govern the business relationship between Milvus Gmbh for BoatSafeGuard, CH-8714 Feldbach, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and the customers of the online store.
Conclusion of contract
By sending an order, the customer makes a binding declaration that they wish to purchase the goods ordered. The contract is concluded by the seller's confirmation.
Prices and payment
Prices include Swiss VAT. (You should be able to refund the Swiss VAT within our country). Payments can be made via Paypal and credit cards.
Shipping
